I almost got every skill that a good PR player needs.
I know how to fly, know how to lead a squad and ofcourse I take orders from my SL.

I know how to listen to other people. I'm friendly and kind. (Marshall told me) haha
And I'm always positive.

I know how to handle a squad. Use advice from other players.
If you are in my squad I give you the orders and you have to accept them.
9 of the 10 times my squad is in the top 3.

Describe your previous experience with clans, if any:
I was in a dutch clan called: WST
They only wanted to hold the dutch people.

I visited this website cause i was in a server yesterday and my squad was only ESF people.
So marshall told me he thought I was a nice person so he asked me to visit the esf website.
Well... I have to tell you guys. I like the members they were very nice to me.
Looking forward to be with them in a squad again.

Welcome to the community. We got some nice games with you yesterday.

Just connect to our Ventrilo, speak with the people, introduce yourself, make friends and play with us We will let you know once you are accepted as RCT.
After that you will have to go through BICT to get the rank of a PVT. Then you can continue with your carreer in ESF by specializing in certain areas and earn medals etc etc.

As Viper said, connect to ventrilo and get to know the guys, play some games and we'll take it from there.

However due to problems with griefers we had to lock down the ventrilo server. You'll need to join and get the attention of the command staff before you can be allowed to freely switch channels.

got 2 questions .. the ranks within the clan do they also
count on the battlefield. Cause when I lead a squad
and I'm a private and I have marshall in my squad and he's a captain
should he be a SL then?

On public battlefield everyone can lead and we are trying to get the lower ranks to lead to see their potentials and stuff.

In matches though, the higher ranks have the lead.

In "normal life" here in ESF higher ranks means higher responsibility and more duties, but also certain new rights.

The signatures are made by mainly 2 people I think... Burton and Twyster. We got a thread called "Signature Request" in the civilian area. Just post there or PM Burton/Twyster with your ideas to the signature and they will surely help you ;-)

We try and promote squadleading by all our members. And when in a squad, rank does not matter. The squad leader is the commanding officer and everyone do as the SL says.

So if you create a squad as a PVT or even RCT and you get all of the LT's and CPT Marshall in the squad, you'd still be in charge.

I worked on the signatures with some of the LT's but I make them myself. If you wish to have one (once you are accepted as a PVT) then please post a request in the "Signature Request" thread.
